Voolit believes in helping its customers as much as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Customers are advised to review our policy to see any latest updates. Any booking done before the update of the new policy will not be impacted.

Under this policy, the following points should be kept in mind-

Cancellation by Customers
  • Cancellations of bookings for our service will be considered only if the request is made 24 hours before the current booking time. No cancellation request will be entertained after our service professional reach the location. No cancellation requests are allowed after the service has been initiated by our service professionals.
  • If the customer needs to cancel/reschedule an assigned Service Request on the same day, the customer must immediately contact Voolit's customer care or may cancel or reschedule an assigned Service Request through the Voolit Platform. However, such cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to applicable cancellation charges of Rs XYZ.
  • The refund of any payments made by you towards the booking of the Professional Services shall be governed by Voolit's cancellation Policy as provided herein or as updated by Voolit from time to time on the Voolit Platform.
  • If any payment was made for the services that are canceled before delivery of services will be refunded minus any applicable cancellation fee communicated at the time of cancellation to the customer. Any refunds post-delivery of services will be at the discretion of Voolit.
Cancellations by Company
  • Please note that there may be certain bookings that we are unable to accept due to the unavailability of a service professional and must cancel. There will be no cancellation charges in such scenarios. Customers can either choose to book the service on another time slot or get the full amount refunded.
  • Voolit reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any booking for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount.
  • If there is a cancellation of your bookings for any reason like a technical or technological glitch on the app or website, Voolit is responsible for the complete refund or rescheduling of the booking to a new time slot, as required by the customer. Also, bookings that are cancelled before confirmation by the Voolit platform will not be charged.
  • As there can be problems associated with credit /debit fraud, Voolit may require additional verifications or information before accepting any booking. We will contact you if all or any portion of your booking is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your booking.
  • If your booking is canceled by the Company after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that credit/debit card account without any deduction.
