Redeeming is easy! You can redeem voolit points while booking service with a professional during payment. You can either make the full payment using points or use points and pay the remaining amount online.
In case of any failed transaction, the voolit points redeemed will be refunded to your voolit Account within 7-10 business days.
1 voolit point is equivalent to Rs 1.
You can request for cancellation of your booking & reschedule it for another time slot without any extra charges. However, you are allowed to reschedule the booking 24 hours before the booking time.
Once the booking is canceled, the refund will be initiated within 2 days & it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. In case the refund is not reflected in your bank account, please get in touch with us for such delays.
You can write an email to our support email ID with your booking no. and we will take necessary actions with our payment gateway & your bank to get back the amount.
