We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. In case our customers feel that they wouldn’t be available to take the service on the booked time slot, they can cancel and get their service payments refunded after a deduction of Rs XYZ charged as a cancellation fee.

Under this policy-
  • Customers may be entitled to a refund for prepaid service bookings. The Voolit retains the right to retain the cancellation penalty payable by the customer from the amount refundable to him/her.
  • The Customer shall also be entitled to a refund of proportionate value if they refuse to accept the service when the service professional is at their doorstep or the service has been initiated.
  • Buyer may be entitled to a refund of up to 100% of the booking value if the service professional fails to deliver the service due to an emergency/accident or any reasons. However such refunds will be assessed on a case-to-case basis by Voolit.
  • The Voolit will be responsible for the final decision on refunds of any booking.
  • All refund amounts shall be credited to the customer’s account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of the customer’s choice. The estimated timeline for the refund to reflect on the customer’s account is 7 to 10 days.
FAQs
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your booking, it will be immediately reflected on your Voolit account. Within 1-2 business days of the cancellation of the booking, we will initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email and mobile number.
Once the booking is canceled, the refund will be initiated within 2 days & it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. In case the refund is not reflected in your bank account, please get in touch with us for such delays.
The refund amount will be reversed back to the source whether it is a bank account or a Voolit account. Please check your account for the refund which should be reflected within 7-10 business days.
To request a refund, simply contact us via email or call with your booking details (sent to you via email after confirmation) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund
You can write an email to the ID with your booking no. and we will take necessary actions with our payment gateway & your bank to get back the amount.
