No, this service does not include the fitting cost, additional spare parts, or extra helping person to work. Plumber can only procure the required items for an additional cost which will be reflected in your final invoice.

Is masonry work included in the service?

Basic masonry work including washbasin lining with putty or white cement is included in these services. Major masonry work including tiling, cementing, and granite/tiles installation are not included in the package/service.

Can the plumber make changes to the table-top to fit the new basin?

No, the plumber will not make changes to the table-top, they can only take the measurements to fit the new basin in the area.

Will the plumber buy a new wash basin for me?

Yes, Our plumber can buy a new wash basin along with other fittings and spare parts.

Instead of having a traditional tap, can we get a mixer tap also installed?

This rate only includes the installation of a traditional tap.

What happens if there’s a leakage post installation?

The chosen service comes with a free 30-day warranty that covers damages or malfunctioning of fitting/spare parts valuing for up to 10,000. Also, if you are not satisfied with the services, you can get a free services re-visit within 30 day with no questions asked policy.

Will the spare parts carry a warranty?

All the spare parts that are either purchased via or produced by our professionals come with a warranty. The spare parts that customer purchase does not include any warranty
